Who we are
We are the parents, guardians, teachers and neighbors who fund the field trips, feed the teachers, run the Fun Run and keep 775 Wildcats supported all year long.
Elected officers
The board
Six volunteers with day jobs. Email any of them directly — these are role addresses, so they keep working when the board changes.
Owns: Presides at meetings, coordinates the board, signs contracts, represents the PTA
Owns: Minutes, the membership list, the bylaws and meeting notices
Owns: Custody of the funds, the monthly reconciliation, the annual audit and the 990
Appointed and ex officio
Also on the board
Two seats nobody votes on. The parliamentarian is appointed by the president and keeps the meetings inside the rules; the principal sits with us as the school’s partner, not as a PTA officer.

Roles nobody is doing
Listed honestly, with the real time commitment. If one of these sounds like you, say so — nobody will talk you into more than you offered.
